Shipping Policy

This policy details our shipping costs, production timelines, and delivery process for all apparel items.


1. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping fees are calculated based on the first item and any additional items in your order.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic US): First Item: $5.24 | Additional Item: +$2.24
  • Standard Shipping (International - Rest of World): First Item: $9.99 | Additional Item: +$3.99

Example: An order with 2 items to the US will have a shipping cost of $5.24 (first item) + $2.24 (additional item) = $7.48.


2. Production and Delivery Timeline

To understand when your order will arrive, please combine the Production Time and the Shipping Transit Time. All timeframes are in business days.

A) Production & Handling Timeline

Your order takes 3-5 business days to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

B) Shipping Transit Times

Shipping Method Area/Destination Estimated Transit Time Standard Domestic US 5–7 business days. International (Standard) Rest of the world 1–2 weeks (5-10 business days).Total Estimated Delivery (Production + Shipping):

  • US Standard: 8–12 business days
  • International Standard: 8–15 business days

When to Contact Support:

  • Please do not contact support if your order is within the "Total Estimated Delivery" window.
  • If your US order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact Customer Service.
  • For Canada, Australia, New Zealand: If the package is not received after 20 business days, we will reprint or refund the order.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Factors beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier delays) may affect transit times.


3. Shipping Warranty Policy

A shipping warranty is provided for all orders to protect against issues.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged, we will send a replacement product at no cost. You must provide photo verification, but you do not need to return the damaged item.
  • Lost Packages: If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will either send a replacement product or offer a full refund.
  • Stolen Packages (After Delivery): We offer protection for packages marked as "Delivered" but claimed as stolen, with a maximum liability of $150 USD. To qualify, you must:
  1. File and provide a copy of a police report.
  2. Ensure the carrier has marked the item as "Delivered".
  3. Confirm the shipping address you provided was correct.

Claim Timeframes:

  • Damage: Contact us within 14 working days of the delivery date.
  • Lost/Stolen: You have up to 30 working days after the maximum estimated delivery date to file a claim.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover delays/damage from Acts of God, incorrect addresses, or labor strikes.


4. Geographical Restrictions (Apparel)

We ship worldwide, but some apparel types have restrictions:

  • 2D Apparel: We do not deliver to Mexico or Brazil.
  • 3D Apparel: We do not deliver to Turkey or US military/territory areas (AE, AP, PR, VI, HI, GU, MP, AK, APO, FPO).
  • General: Shipping may be restricted to other countries. All available options will be shown at checkout.
