Our Commitment

At STUDIO STUPENDOUS LLC, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we handle every issue fairly and transparently. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us at supportstudous.com@ or via our Contact Page.


1. Order Cancellations or Address Changes

  • Cancellations: You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. After this time, your order has entered production, and we cannot cancel it.
  • Address Changes: We can only change the shipping address if your order has not yet entered production. Please double-check your address before completing your payment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. If You Receive a Defective Product (Our Guarantee)

We will provide a 100% free Reprint or a full Refund for any order that falls under one of the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., blurry print, peeling, faulty stitching).
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product (wrong design, wrong color, wrong size) compared to the order you placed.

What you need to do:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the defective item (* Photo Requirement: Please place the item on a flat surface, showing the full product and a close-up of the error (or the neck label if it's a size issue).
  3. IMPORTANT: You do not need to return the faulty item. We will process your request based on the photos you provide.

Upon confirmation, we will promptly process a reprint or issue a full refund.


3. If You Ordered the Wrong Size (Our Size Exchange Support Policy)

We understand that choosing a size online can be difficult.

We cannot offer a free exchange if you ordered the wrong size, as each product is printed specifically for your order.

However, we offer a Support Policy:

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact us. We will offer you a replacement item (in the correct size) at a special discounted price (this is typically our base manufacturing cost, with no profit). You will only need to pay this discounted price and the shipping fee.


4. Cases Where We Do Not Offer Refunds / Reprints

We will not be able to process a refund or reprint in the following cases:

  • Wrong Size Ordered: Please refer to our Size Exchange Support Policy in Section 3.
  • "Buyer's Remorse": As items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
  • Returned to Sender: If an order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or failed to claim the package, we will contact you. You will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
  • Tracking Shows "Delivered": If the tracking information confirms the package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please check around your property, ask neighbors, and contact the local shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

5. Orders Lost in Transit

An order is considered "lost in transit" if there are no tracking updates for an extended period or it exceeds the maximum shipping timeframe.

If your order is lost, please contact us within 60 days of the order date. We will verify with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you.


6. Out of Stock or Substitutions

In the rare event that a product you ordered (e.g., a specific t-shirt color) is out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email.

We will NOT substitute any product without your permission. You will have two options:

  1. Wait until the item is back in stock.
  2. Request a 100% refund for the order.
